Watch a 5-minute video “UNHCR’s global trends in forced displacement, 2018 figures,” produced by the UN Refugee Agency. http://bit.ly/ForcedDisplacementVideo

Find new data about refugees in the Projected Global Resettlement Needs 2020 report, produced by the UN Refugee Agency. Refugees most at risk and in need of resettlement include Syrian refugees (40 per cent), followed by South Sudanese refugees (14 per cent) and refugees from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) (11 per cent). http://bit.ly/2Xoxrhl

Find the latest data on internally displaced people (IDPs) in the report “Global Report on Internal Displacement” from the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC) of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). A record 41.3 million people are displaced inside their own countries because of conflict and violence, an increase of more than a million since the end of 2017 and two-thirds more than the global number of refugees. http://bit.ly/Displacement2019
